Bil,
I have not yet seen the asst tracking number so can't put it in the subject
line.
When I sent the request to hesreq, I did indicate that this was still an
SAP related printer, so I think this does go back to the hesreq folks to
follow up on the update to the printcap from moira. Perhaps the right
thing was not set off since this is an existing printer being changed
rather than a new printer being created. But that still leaves open the
question of who should follow up? I can if it is appropriate.
