All present
1. Disk space update. PKelley is getting quotes because the cost is
greater than $10K. DFL w/monitor progress.
2. Duplex requests. Applies only to postscript printing. REC w/add
documentation to the printcap file and teach LPRNG to do what AIX LPD
does now.
3. Moving EP1 to IPM. LED w/contact Huxley, Meehan to sort out
coordination and various responsibilities. Entails some interruption
in service.
4. Authenticating SAP. Rocklyn's task. w/set up LPRNG w/LPD permissions.
5. LED to contact R3 print to nail down and document who's in charge
of who can setup, change, authorize, request restrictions on IPM
production queues related to SAP.
6. Cleaup is done on pillage; plunder isn't yet available.
7. PCR closure. DFL waiting for document from Phil Muolo and will
then sign off.
8. DFL to discuss w/Roger LED's moving to ASST and at what
percentage. There's a stalemate over delivery to ASST as PKelley is
unwilling to take it without headcount and expertise in his org.
9. MEB. Check the Business Model for EAST and pending headcount in ASST.
10. REC - give DFL new data for last 6 months.
11. LED is testing the effect on disk space of ripping at different
dpi - 240, 300, 600.
12. DFL is investigating off-campus business continuity options.
13. Paper trays and loading 3hole-paper. LED will simplify the
process and the documentation w/reflect change.
14. REC's doc. for ASST. Give him feedback.
15. MEB's user doc on the web. Give her feedback.
16. REC needs to close out his part on this team. Can do this when he has done:
- EP1/2
- FSS 1 - Dave Rosenberg's queue
- htaccess
- authenticating via username
- successful GL run
17. Anniversary lunch scheduled for Friday, 11/9.
