Greetings,

I am trying to do a test of file sizes based on rip options. I am writing
the files to /var/mit/testing. The first file wrote fine. The second file
generated errors.

The following information is from the ps2afpd.log:

--- Mon Oct 29 12:17:09 2001 ---

ps2afp -P8251 -S127.0.0.1 -aIO1_G4 -j9999 -l11i -M24000K -r300 -s360 -w8.5i

When I do the df . command in the /var/mit/testing directory I get this
information:

Filesystem 512-blocks Free %Used Iused %Iused Mounted on
/dev/lv03 2162688 484576 78% 348 1% /var/mit

Before starting this testing I did execute the rm command to remove some
old files.

This is the help file for the specfic message I received back from the
ps2afp command:

# pdmsg 0423-151
0423-151 ERROR: ________: System error; an I/O error has occurred with file
________.
0423-151
EXPLANATION: A system-detected I/O error has occurred with the file
specified in the message. There may not be enough disk space to
complete the command.
SYSTEM_ACTION: Infoprint does not complete the requested transform
operation.
USER_RESPONSE: See the error log for the transform program, by default
/var/psf/ps2afp/ps2afpd.log (for Postscript) or
/var/psf/pcl2afp/pcl2afpd.log (for PCL). Contact the person who
administers your system for assistance, if necessary.

Have I filled the space? Or is there something else going on?

Please let me know,

Thanks

Lynne
