Looks very good to me Mary Ellen. Here are a few suggestions for
consideration...
- In the system overview section, you might want to mention the use
of browser certs as well as kerberos for authentication
- Under FAQs, what about adding:
o Why do I need to supply a Cost Object if there's no charge for the service?
IS needs to track usage of the service for cost allocation purposes.
o How 'bout something around the funky Netscape settings for submitting
files? I see you have the setup documented but thought it might be
a useful FAQ too.
- In the printing prep section, how 'bout listing the specific image file
types which are accepted and listing plain ASCII test files?
- In the the "check your jobs in the queue" section, why not say the user
can delete their own files? I hope that's true!
