AMERICAN RED CROSS TEAM AND NETWORK
SUPPORTS CAMPUS FUNDRAISING DRIVE
The American Red Cross Team And Network (ARCTAN) of MIT is =
supporting a fundraising drive by the MIT Public Service Center, the =
Undergraduate Association and the Graduate Student Council, to =
raise money to be donated to the American Red Cross.
You can help by passing along this information, donating time at =
collection sites or by contributing money.
All Red Cross volunteers and other interested people are =
encouraged to help staff the donations booth during the next week.
The fundraising drive will run from Monday, September 17, through =
Friday, September 21, from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm each day. The four =
collection sites will be:
1) Lobby 10
2) Student Center lobby
3) Beaver Room in Walker
4) Sloan lobby (E52)
To volunteer, please use the signup sheets outside W20-547. You =
can also telephone the PSC to ask staff to assist you in signing up =
((617) 253-0742), but please sign up in person if you can.
Please sign up as soon as possible, so that the booths can be =
staffed starting Monday morning! Volunteers will receive specific =
instructions via email.
Donations are gratefully accepted, and checks should be made out =
to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund. If you have any =
questions, please contact the PSC as listed above. For Red Cross =
questions, please email arctan-info@mit.edu.
Thank you for your help, and we look forward to seeing you at the =
ARCTAN Fall General Meeting on Monday (September 17th) at 7:00 =
pm in room 2-190.
