>
> In the wake of the atrocities committed against

Dear all,
Sitting here in Brookline, I feel outraged and saddened by both the tradegy and the prospect of war and feel the urgency to connect myself with a greater movement that isn't just a "war against terrorism" but a true examination of ALL irrarational acts of violence worldwide, including those supported by developed nations. Please spread the word about nation-wide campus protests on Monday. College is an especially great place to mobilize, so take action however you deem appropriate! My love to all.
love, Deborah

> country, but they can't do it alone . . . we're relying on everyone else to keep spreading the word to all their friends, and then friends of those friends, etc. We're organizing a big rally here on Monday, and hoping to get as many colleges as we can across the nation to do so as well - with media attention - to get the word out that, unlike everyone they've been interviewing on
> CNN and in the papers, there are some Americans who support peace and not violent retaliation, justice and not revenge, as a course of
> action. Send this message to friends at your school and other schools,to leaders of any student organizations, to listservs, to people you know will take the initiative to organize something if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourselves. As someone at the meeting last night pointed out, "We have to speak our truth, and we have to keep speaking it no matter what happens." Speak your truth! Pass this message on! Monday at noon!
