Folks,
As the conference approaches, we still need help with some things:
1. Food. We're going to try to provide simple lunch and dinner on a few
of the days. We have rooms in the student center, all we need is the
food. I'd like someone to organize the food issue, and some volunteers
to do the grunt work of picking stuff up, setting up the room, etc.
2. Speaking of grunt work, we're going to need people at various times
Fri to Sun to help setting up and doing various random things. Let me
know if you can be available for a stretch of time.
3. Postering - Mike H. has made an awesome poster. We're going to make
copies at 10:30am Monday. Mike and I will be in lobby 10 at noon Monday
if you want to get posters ot help poster the main campus, which we will
do at 1215.
