I think this is a case of an old email being circulated again to fool
people. As well as remembering it vaguely from a few years back, note
that there is not actual date on it, it tells you to forward it on to
as many people as possible, and most importantly, Frank Riggs is no
longer a congressman, and as far as I can tell from the house web
site, the committe on education and the workforce has been reorganized
to eliminate the subcommittee on children, youth and families. Unless
someone can confirm that there has actually been such a bill
introduced, please do not forward this on to more people.
