MIT alum Lori Berenson has been unjustly imprisoned in Peru for the past five years. The 30 year old journalist was convicted of conspiring with Peru's guerrilla forces to overthrow the Peruvian government. Recent overturning of a life sentence has given Lori another (civilian) trial and has brought Lori's case into the mainstream.
Thursday Oct 19, 48 Hours will show their interview with Lori.
