Hello all,
I'm glad to see different issues being addressed on the list. I wasn't
able to attend the various events happening on Thursday night,
especially the GAN meeting, if anyone would like to share your thoughts
from the events.
I'm a student at Brandeis University, and I just wanted to let you know
about a few events happening this week through the International Center
for Ethics, Justice, and Public Life. Michael Ignatieff is a
journalist, historian, novelist, and tv and radio commentator who has
reported and commented on ethnic war, nationalism, and reconciliation
from places such as Yugoslavia and South Africa. He will be at Brandeis
for three days giving lectures for faculty, students, and the public.
