To commemorate the ending of WWII on this very day 58 years ago,
the Japanese Association of MIT is showing two somber but powerful
animation films depicting post-WWII Japan.
When:
August 14th (this Thursday)
6pm: "Grave of the Fireflies (Hotaru no Haka)"
8pm: "Barefoot Gen (Hadashi no Gen)"
Where:
1-190
Japanese snacks will be served. Bring your friends especially
those who have never seen any anime films.
