Lest anyone think Bernard Kouchner is anti-war,
please be informed that he is not supporting the position
of his government (France) in opposing an authorization
sought by the US to use force at this time. He said
this at a recent talk at Harvard. He said he believes
that the US and its "allies" will be greeted as "liberators."
He also attacked the millions of those around the world
involved in protests against a war on Iraq at this time,
claiming they publicly proclaimed "support" for Saddam
Hussein's brutal dictatorship at these demonstrations.
(A libelous and absurd falsehood.)
A good doctor, perhaps, but ignorant of some important facts.
