THE CRISIS OF IMMIGRANTS IN THE US AFTER SEPTEMBER 11
THURSDAY, APRIL 25th at 7PM
LUCY PARSONS CENTER
Omar Jamal, director of the Somali Justice Advocate Center in St.
Paul, MN, will speak on the struggles of immigrants in light of 9/11. He
will focus specifically on the efforts of the Somali community of the Twin
Cities to defend their basic right to live and work with peace and justice
that has come under attack through recent "anti-terrorism" legislation and
policies. This event is free and open to the public.
The Lucy Parsons Center is located at 549 Columbus Ave in Boston's South
End near the Orange Line Massachusetts Ave and the Green Line Symphony
