  This symposium focuses on the problems of discrimination, harassment, and 
retaliation in the workplace.  Panelists from both the private and public 
sectors address questions such as:

v       Are US laws adequate to address 21st century workplace issues?
v       What protections exist or are denied to whistleblowers?
v       Is the 1964 civil rights act still relevant in the 21st century?
v       How will the passage of the NO FEAR Act (H.R.169, Notification of 
Federal Employees Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act) impact civil and 
human rights laws in the US?

This event is free and open to the public
