Congratulations to all of you who helped the GE counter conference
go forward and especially for arranging for Sunday's space. The conference
sessions I participated in were excellent and opened up many directions for
moving forward. Hundreds of conference participants signed No Patents on
Life petitions ( I would like to talk further with people who are
interested in the developing campaign against gene patents, perhaps at a
later Social Justice Collab meeting). It might also be worth discussing
the formation of a Nader for President committee at MIT or in Cambridge.
