There are now two lists: peace-discuss and peace-announce
I'm under the impression that the change is because everyone was confused
about which group was a discussion listserv and which group was an
announcement one. If you want to be on the other one, you should contact
peace-request to get on the appropriate one. Hopefully this will clear up
confusion because those on the announce list didn't want to be getting all
of the discussions...
