If you are concerned about the increasingly inhumane, wasteful and self-defeating nature of the "War on Terrorism," then please come to a stop-the-bombing protest / vigil. Thursday Nov. 8 at noon, at Government Center. We will be asking Congress to suspend the bombing and resume food aid for millions in danger of starvation this winter.
This protest is organized by United for Justice with Peace, the umbrella group which holds weekly peace vigils and which sponsored Boston's largest peace march yet, from Copley Square on Oct. 14.
Please come wrapped in a blanket, and bring a starvation-themed sign.
