You are invited to the kick-off event for MIT's ToBGLAD!
"I'D LIKE TO SOLVE THE PUZZLE PLEASE?"
I'll take a "B." Is there a "T?"
Trying to understand ToBGLAD, LBGT, queer, and the rest of the alphabet is
a lot more complicated than just asking Vanna to turn over a bunch of
letters! At this session we'll deconstruct, with the assistance of
Professor Jean Jackson, the role gender, sex, and sexual orientation play
in making up our identities and consider the spice such variety adds to our
lives and the MIT community. Bring your questions and experiences! For
more
information, e-mail lbgt@mit.edu.
The program begins at 7:30 pm, Tuesday, March 7 in Baker Residence Hall
Dining Room.
Part of ToBGLAD - Transgender, Bisexual, Gay, and Lesbian Awareness Days -
(http://web.mit.edu/lbgt/ToBGLAD.html) and the Tuesday Night @ Baker
Series! Sponsored by Residential Life and Student Life Programs.
