I noticed that the times mrtest returns for data modified, etc., etc.,
shifted by an hour over the weekend, along with the EDT -> EST shift.
At first I assumed that this was a function of the client, and that
setting the TZ environment variable would fix it.
Alas, alack, it was not to be. So presumably it's a function of the
server? If the moira server uses the local time, it's got a design
flaw. Someone should correct it in (hahaha) the next revision :-)
