I created LIST mrsrc (a group, but not a mailing list) and put on it
the people who I expect have a use for Moira source write access.

I created mrsrc because gmoira is used both for moira backup access
and for source write access, and we're getting more and more call for
access to the backups by people who aren't likely to ever edit the
Moira sources. (Most recently, the online lotteries still require
that the admin have access to Moira backups to translate usernames to
MIT IDs.)

"mrsrc" is on both moiradev and gmoira. If there are no objections,
I'll clean the ACLs for the moiradev locker and set them to
system:anyuser rl (as is now the case) and system:mrsrc all. Then,
gmoira will be (as far as I know) just for read access to the Moira
backups, and I can add LIST coc and USER rlgogol to gmoira. Those
people will then be able to "attach mb" (the Moira backups locker, via
NFS from Nessus) and access the ASCII backups (assuming they're either
in only a few groups, are lucky (in grouplist ordering), or have
gmoira added to their local /etc/group).
