Bizzarre moira failures this early Fri AM?

Unfortunately, I don't have logs of this, so I'm doing this from
memory, and don't have exact times & texts.
This morning, at some point between 1:00am and 4:00am, I observed
some strange behavior from the moira server. I experienced
this with multiple clients (moira, mrtest, and blanche). At the time,
I wasn't sure that these were bugs, or just side-effects of DCM,
but I'm told they're not supposed to happen. These were all
repeatable, until everything started working again.
1) I would get "Insufficient permission to perform requested
database access" for queries that I am normally allowed to
perform. For instance, in mrtest, ``qy gual jhawk''.
2) I would get "Ingress system error ocurred" (or words to
that effect) for other queries I could normally perform,
eg: ``blanche -i jhawk.''
3) ``machine show opus'' in the moira client, yielded an ingress
error (I think. Either that or the error in 1)).
4) There were no queries that I could successfully perform. All
of them yielded one of the above errors. There were no
``the database is busy'' errors.
5) ``qy _list_users'' listed only myself, and occasionally one
other person. It's been pointed out to me that DCM stuff does
not show up there, so perhaps that's misleading...
