I'll talk to Kevin and Sharon; I think we could probably just add a
note now in the on-line documents and the stock answers, and then when
they revise the documents for fall they could change things more
completely.

Actually, ACMG already made that change over a year ago, it's just
that the registration program has never been changed to match. Because
register didn't allow people to choose between athena or techmail, we
left people as status 4. Now when they contact us we can tell them
what to do based on what they want. (I think we also may have been
getting Lincoln Labs people then, and didn't want to make them
automatically eligible.).
