Hi!
The user "yanch", registered on 28-jan-1994 14:20:19 with reg_svr,
did not have a print quota.

This is not a bug. The quota server had coredumped on 1/28/93 due to a dbm
error. Since the server was down when moira tried to update the users, it
couldn't add them, so that's why the user isn't there.
There may be others that registered on Jan 28... I'll check and fix them.
