I upgraded the moira server today to handle the hosttable. The good
news is that the data in the database is fairly consistant. The bad
news is that the server crashed on me once with a malloc error. I've
been watching it all afternoon, and it hasn't done it again, and given
the timing of everything, I've decided to leave this server running
rather than back out the changes. I'll be wearing my pager, so if it
fails again, give me a page (546-4284, or "page mar"). I'll continue
looking for the bug. On Monday we'll be showing people how to work
with the new host information.
Due to time spent attempting to track down that problem, I haven't yet
done the preliminary work for the user deactivation on Sunday. I
still expect that to go on schedule, and will be in over the weekend
to make sure it happens.
