please consider users of 2-sided printers when publishing your
documents with postscript.
on a 2-sided printer, if the 1st page of text immediately follows
the title page, it goes on the back of the 1st sheet, and all following
sheets print with the even page up, followed by the next sequential
odd page down.
please put a blank page after the title page.
moira/manual.ps exhibits this problem.
