The chsh bug has been fixed in the Moira sources and in the sources for the next
major release on the various platforms. (It is already in 7.5A.)
The problem, for those who are interested, was that it was using an old-style
user query, and using symbolic constants for referencing the return values, but
those symbolic constants are only meaningful for the new-style query. Thus,
it was referencing garbage data.
