I haven't heard of anyone else having problems loading the resources.
I've personally tested this on each platform, and it should be working
smoothly. Perhaps the next time you're in E40 you can show me how it
fails with your dotfiles.
I hadn't really thought much about the comment character in the
resource file. It turns out not to matter in most cases because of
the way resource files are handled. In any case, I've changed it to
exclamation marks so that xrdb will not complain. But this hasn't
caused it to dump core for me on any platform.
I'm aware that the mouse is not warped into new windows. That one is
a judgement call that I decided not to make, although user feedback
could convince me to change it.
Some of the accelerators do conflict now. I've been changing some of
the menu text, and need to sanity check the accelerators.
