It actually works if you route the schemedev mail via one of the
athena mailhubs. Apparently the extraction routines must differ
between athena and mit.
The list works through athena because if a list contains a group that
is not a mailing list, the group is "upgraded" to a mailing list. We
should get this working for mit as well. 6.001 should be changed to be
a mailing list if it is used as one.
