I had a misconfigured nfsphys item, showing the wrong name for the disk
partition (e.g. /dev/sd1c when it should have been /dev/wd3c). I didn't
get any error indications except that I happened to walk by the file server
and saw the message "/dev/sd1c not mounted" on the console.
Seems like it should have complained louder, through other channels.
