I suspect that the phys_id is set wrong for the filesystem in
question. Use Ingres directly to display the filesystem record, and
see if the phys_id field corresponds to the correct entry in the
nfsphys table.
I don't know how it would get that way, but if you can reproduce the
problem, I'd like to hear about it.
