I've got a user, perfectly ordinary looking, who appears in the
appropriate host@dev@sd2g.dirs file, but is missing from the
corresponding quotas file. You know we're currently running the
athena-dist version of Moira, with various bugfixes applied, rather
than the one in the moiradev locker. Any hints on where to look for
the problem? or is this one that has been known to happen, and
maybe even has a known fix?
