Does override work on Hesiod?

I've tried setting the service/host override for Hesiod, and then starting
DCM, and it doesn't do a Hesiod extraction and distribution (there is new
stuff to be extracted). Is there something special about Hesiod being a
REPLICATED service? Is there something else I need to do besides setting
the override on both servers from the DCM host menu?
