Now you've discovered why moira tries to enforce its capitalization
rules when you enter a user: because the register client does enforce
those rules. I acknowledge that moira's simple-minded rules do not
always capitalize names correctly. What is really important is that
they are consistent, so that users trying to register can find
themselves in the database. The right thing to do is to make the user
lookup be case insensitive, but that's for a later re-write.
The capitalization issue is discussed in the Moira users manual, which
I will announce shortly.
