We are going to extend the AD schema to include users_id
and list_id attributes. We need them to guarantee the uniqueness of a
AD object. Right now we use user's login name and list name
to identify the record. However when the DCM does the synchronization
with moira, there is no way for us to tell if a record is a rename of a old
record or a brand-new record. That's why we are getting users_id and
list_id into AD. Does this make sense?

I don't have any problem if you want to rename the program to winad.gen.
