Can you remove the "and clearid != '999999999' from ndb.pc. I think the
unique constraints on the id have been worked around by now to let this
through. (As a side note, we should really be giving users unique id's or
what's the point).

Subject: users with 999999999 id number not able to generate personal
certifcate

Hi,

Can users listed as have the MIT id number 999999999 get certificates.
The users blech and borrego both report getting the "we could not find
your MITID and Kerberos/Athena name in our database." error. Both are
typing their correct passwords. Borrego claims that he could generate a
personal certificate last week and that this just started happening
today.

Thanks!

Mark
