It appears to be the case that chpobox was recently changed such that
it will gratuitously capitalize the domain name of the address that
email is forwarded to, and it appears that it didn't used to do that:
contents-vnder-pressvre:/afs/athena.mit.edu/user/n/e/nemo$ chpobox
User nemo, Type SMTP, Box: devnull@gnu.org
