If people think moira should not be POSIXified in its entirety, they
should come argue with me. Note that all current supported and
semi-supported platforms (Sun, SGI, NetBSD, Linux) are POSIX, and
there's no chance that we'll ever qualify another non-POSIX platform.
(And I haven't built moira clients for Ultrix and SunOS since
mid-summer.)
The inspiration for this is the fact that the non-POSIX code isn't
really getting tested at all these days, and when I make changes to
things inside #ifdef POSIX, it's annoying to have to also go and
figure out the non-POSIX variant.
