This is a known bug and has to do with how the owner-foo lists are
automatically generated on the mailhubs. It is possible to send mail
to any list that owns a list that is a mailing list (ie., since
punt-acl owns punt, punt-movies and punt-summer, you can send mail to
punt-acl.)
