Group quotas on jason have not been updated from moira.
These quotas exist in moira:
sgs, GROUP, sgs, 2000, /u1/lockers, JASON.MIT.EDU
mitcbf, GROUP, mitcbf, 2511, /u1/lockers, JASON.MIT.EDU
groupquota, GROUP, source-access, 2001, /u1/lockers, JASON.MIT.EDU
jason# ls -l /tmp/
total 2
-rw-r----- 1 root 1460 Jun 5 00:57 JASON.MIT.EDU.@dev@hd0h.dirs
-rw-r----- 1 root 0 May 29 00:53 JASON.MIT.EDU.@dev@hd0h.quotas
The .quotas file is empty, and hasn't even been written to since May
29, though the .dirs file has been written to so we know jason is
being contacted by moira. /etc/enforce_quota does exist, and
/dev/hd0h is the correct device name for /u1.
