Hi:
I would like to request a NIGHTLY feed from Moira to the MIT Data Warehouse
consisting of the following data elements. This list is based on a layout
that Tom Copetto had sent me some time ago. If moira has other information
that might be valuable to the warehouse please let me know. I need all of
the data (not just those records that have extra passwords.) The Registrar
needs this feed ASAP. Could you please let me know when I can expect to
starting seeing this feed?
* MIT id
* Kerberos name (I believe that this is the data element
login on Moira)
* last name
* first name
* middle name
* affiliation (If this is a code please tell me
what the translations are)
* sigdate
* sigwho
* signature
When you send us the raw data could you please include a control file with
the following information:
Name of the data file
Number of records
Byte count (if possible)
Whether it is a full or incremental feed
Whether it is delimited or fixed
If delimited: the delimiter
and, for the first feed only a corresponding file layout.
We have setup a userid:
moirausr
and corresponding directory on Blimp:
/usr/warehouse/transfers/moirausr
for you to ftp data. Please call me (x3-5398) for the password.
