Accomplishments in May
- team developed its own initial list of requirements and features
- planning for focus groups
- discussed formats and developed questions
- created a sub team to pursue focus group planning and logistics
- began product identification and evaluation process
- looked at:
- demo site Bryant has set up for IS Partners (product = phpbb)
- demo Jive 3 site that has been set up by AMPS (Stellar
developers)
- began survey of peer institutions
Goals for next period
- schdeule and run focus groups/forums
- complete scan of tools currently used at mit
- continue peer institution survey
- continue product investigation
