Accomplishments in May
- Completed contract negotiations with Google
- Contract signed May 28, 2003
- Completed contract negotiations with Verity
- Google Search Appliance was received

Goals for June
- check with Paul H. on Verity contract negotiations.
- Set up Google Appliance
-Anne will review the Google documentation
- Set up test collections on two types of accounts.  Anne will use 
Alumni, IAP and IS home pages as the test collections.
- Begin to familiarize ourselves with the Search Appliance.
- Narrow down the data sets for existing search service.

	Libraries
- Determine when 1 month of support begins
-Contact Resources to determine how to appropriately thank Google

Ongoing Goals
- Ask Google about SSL capacity for later use.
- Review rules for existing search service
- Determine final definition for data sets for new service
- Define rules for new service

- none scheduled

Issues
- until the contract with Google is executed, we cannot take delivery 
or begin to test the Search Appliance
