- set up a Stellar discussion board for team use; began online discussion
- began analysis of Webcrossing usage

- finish identifying current and potential users
- complete list of questions we need to have answered
- schdeule focus groups/forums
- complete scan of tools currently used at amit
- begin peer institution survey
- continue investigation into products
