Accomplishments past period:
- Met with PSB broker to review PSB's progress with vendor selection process
- Discussed next steps for ECAT vis-a-vis the vendor selection status
Goals for coming period:
- Meet with PSB again to review their progress on redefining the workflow
for business card and stationery orders
- Continue to explore options for short-term and long-term
Issues:
- Balance between meeting short-term needs versus planning for long-term
solution. How does that affect project scope?
- Need to re-validate assumptions given recent staffing changes in PSB and
other factors
