Accomplishments past period:
-Wrote a request for proposal for potential outsource or software
service providers
-Identified additional vendors to receive RFP
-Completed list of LSA requirements
-Distributed RFP
-Launched complicated web registration with the new on-line card
processing using cgie mail.
Goals for the coming period:
-Review vendor questions
-Establish lists of criteria with which to judge RFPs and presentations
-Review RFPs
-Schedule vendor presentations

Issues:

Key learnings:
International dynamic of conference for which web reg was launched
has led to a number of learnings regarding that process. Glitches
have been resolved. Problems identified and being worked through.
