Accomplishments past period:
- The team met with Scott Thorne (March 5).
- Scott discussed the concepts of modeling and the group began developing
the data model.
- A printed copy of the model was sent to the team for its review.
Goals for the coming period:
- Meet with the OCR team on March 12.
- Scott will meet with the group again to finish the data model.
Issues: Again, time seems to be the issue for this project. One team
member will be on vacation for ten days so we will have to postpone any
meetings for the next two weeks and will lose some continuity.
Key learnings: Be patient.
