Held project kickoff meeting.
Establish project notebook
Determined list of peer institutions and organizations for interviews.
Determined interview questions.

Began building functional requirements list.
Goals for the coming period:
Refine requirements list.
Determine technical requirements.
Search for potential vendor solutions.
Examine existing MIT solutions for application to part or all of a solution.
Organize interview data for presentation.

Key learnings:
Early responses from peer institutions show few similarities in
providing conference services and fewer still in having robust online
tools.
Team dynamics:
The team is the the formative stage. Two Conference Services clients
decided to participate only as "consultants" to the project.
