Dani has recently done some work on team formation. IS continues to work on "thick slicing" resources for project work. IS's Ilead (focus group for leadership issues) has also discussed team formation issues. It appears there's lots of interest and attention to team formation, role, expectation, project management practice, etc. issues lately. It might be useful to try to put some sense to all of this in a way that would be useful for discovery and other projects - what are the issues/problems, what have we learned, what resources are available to help, what should we be doing in the future to improve our project productivity... -Dave ps. Anyone up for building snow castles at 1pm today???
