- Conducted 4 focus groups (faculty, students, administrative staff, support
providers in DLCs)
- Scanned newsgroups and vendor information on the general state of the PDA
market
- Completed data analysis from MIT survey and focus groups

- Identify/investigate products for PDAs desired by the MIT community
- Consult with concerned IS teams to gauge impact
