Accomplishments (what did we accomplish in the last period?)
- updated web pages to reflect work done so far
- created early draft of report
- finished analyzing the survey data (interesting stuff)
Goals (What are we planning to accomplish in the next period?)
- edit the draft into a final
- wrap up project
Have there been any developments that may impact the scope or schedule?
- There is too much other work going on in IS and SWRT to keep the WinXP
Discovery Team moving forward at every junction. We were delayed for a few
weeks by IS Forums during our meeting times and myself and others being
very busy with other work. Hopefully we are back on track and can wrap
things up in a couple weeks.
Issues/Key Learnings
- There is too much other work going on and we are very late in the WinXP
game from our customers' eyes, though we are about average with our peer
institutions for WinXP support.
Team Dynamics
Been hard keeping all team members engaged, but ok for the most part.
